Creative interns needed

I need your help. I’m looking for creative interns for our High In Style magazine. Have you got a dream of working in a prestigious magazine publication one day? Are you a stylist, journalist, graphic designer, digital marketer or photographer who wants to grow their portfolio?  Well, this could be the start of your career.

I’m looking for someone who embraces creativity and sees the importance of our magazine’s mission. You must be highly efficient, reliable and be able to bring creative and meaningful ideas to the table. We want a go-getter who is eager and willing to take on new challenges and does it with a can-do attitude.

I have two positions available, ideally based in Kent or London, but I’m happy to consider working remotely, if the right candidate comes along.

1/ PR and social media Intern

Goals of this position:

Create a long term public relations strategy and PR calendar.

Relationship building with social influencer, bloggers and contributors.

Create compelling content that will be shared by influencers.

Assist the editor in building and presenting PR strategy.

Plenty of additional opportunities in related subjects.


  • Background in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or other related discipline
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
  • Creative and Flexible
  • Familiarity with social networking sites is a must
  • Generally socially conscious individual

2/ Graphic design Intern

Goals of this position:

Assist the editor in developing creative content for our magazine and our social media platforms.

Design product moodboards and flatlays for photoshoots.

Work with our contributors on content creation.

What We Require:

  • Background in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in Indesign is a major plus
  • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
  • Creative and Flexible
  • Generally socially conscious individual


Required – Graphic Design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Preferred – Indesign, Lightroom, photography skills

I understand how important it is to get a valuable learning experience which you can build upon. No photocopying or coffee making duties here – that’s pretty much guaranteed. Both internships have flexible hours and the possibility of turning into paid positions, if you do a great job.
