Staying with the pastel colours this week I played with peach, mint and blue to create this baby girl nursery design using these great smart buys I found on the high street.
1/ Pastel floral wallpaper from Galerie, £31.95 per roll
2/ Peach ceiling pendant from made.com, £29.00
3/ Peach geometric cushion from Urbanara, £39.00
4/ Scented candle from Mitchell & Peach, £29.00
5/ Peach ombre’ sunday dish from Debenhams, £5.00
6/ Peach placemat from Zara Home, £9.99 (set of 2)
7/ Peach bath towels from Linenslimited, from £1.49
8/ Peach Tove geometric rug from Urban Outfitters, £69.00 (not within my £50 price bracket but still great value!)
9/ Print art from Urbanara, £39.00
And here is my nursery moodboard using some of the peach smart buys.
I’ve mixed peach with blue and mint accents because is such a great colour combo for a baby girl’s nursery instead of the traditional all sweet and pink room. Even a girl’s room can have a blue furniture. So don’t dismiss this option just because “blue is for boys”. When mixed with other colours such as pastels like peach, rose pink or even coral, it can create such a nice room for a baby girl.
So what do you think?
