It’s time to get some smart casual shirts for me. I love wearing them all year round. Meetings, school runs or walking the dog, I like to feel comfortable whatever I do. When I came across this image on Pinterest last night, it gave me an idea to actually consider long red striped summer shirt rather than the fitted ones. I’ve pulled together “the look” with high street brands pairing the red striped shirt with jeans and black sliders. Even though the shirt is long-sleeve, the material is very light so it’s perfect for this time of the year too.

Personally I wear hats a lot during summer. It’s such a good accessory which goes with everything. I treat my hats like a pair of sunglasses and usually wear both together. It protects my hair and prevents me from having bad headaches when it’s windy.
Panama hats are so universal that literally they suit everyone. I came across the panama hat from panamas.co.uk while browsing the internet and I really like that the company specialises in manufacturing fair trade hats and cares about the environment while making these beautifully crafted products. Please go and visit their site to read their story. It’s so inspiring.
So what do you think? Is red striped summer shirt for you? Have you got a long summer shirt in your wardrobe? Red stripes – yes or no?
